- 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role

- Proven 2 years of experience in handling Social Media accounts

- Well-versed in creative content and copywriting

- Proficient in online customer engagemt and chat support

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Should be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines

- Willing to work weekends

Primo writing, editing and storytelling skills are at the top of the list. And don’t count out soft skills.

Role Requirement:

- Storytelling and creativity

- Ideate & write engaging content to create posts, stories, videos, and reels

- Engage with customers online - chat response, online comments

- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies

- Maintain content calander, plan and schedule media posts

- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely deliverables

- Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies

- Create marketing performance reports on a monthly basis
