Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

��Should have sound knowledge on Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection

system as per NBC and Indian relevant Codes.

��Study the requirement for the project and collect details/inputs from the

client.

��Preparation of Design & Drafting documents & Technical Data sheet

��Preparation of BOQ & DBR for the tender projects

��Preparation of design calculation for water supply pipes, drainage

system, storm water design, WTP, STP and Fire Protection system.

��Attending meeting with Client, Architect and consultant for design

requirements

��Coordination for project activities and drawing specifications with the

clients to ensure drawings and documents are as per the specifications.

��Lead the Design team and Draughtsman to prepare drawings and design

documents.

��Review and checking of Design drawings and documents.

��Provide technical assistance to concerned departments, liaison with

client, consultant, site visits (whenever required) to support the project

team

��Should be proficient in communication with the related project team.
