• understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements and enabling the qa team to understand the same

• understanding client needs and proactively suggesting ways to work things out efficiently

• preparing wireframe designing and help the client in creating landing pages & microsites

• effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like gui, screen, and interface designs.

• communicating with the internal design and development team to understand the bottlenecks and work on the issues to fix the same.

• schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring the number of monthly meetings target is met.

• identifying challenges in the existing outsourced model for the clients and map capabilities against each challenge.

• determine growth opportunities in the existing business verticals.

• take a solutioning and consultative approach to ensure clients' challenges are mitigated.

• prepare proposals and review contract documents for new and existing clients

• closing monthly financials on-time
