Job Description

An experienced Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring exceptional service delivery in all aspects of freight forwarding (air,sea,road). One point of contact for internal department and external clients.

• Operations Support /Issue Resolution

• Process Improvement : KPI Monitoring & Reporting ,Compliance & Documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years' of Experience in FF customer service , with at least 2+yrs in Managerial role/strong knowledge of international freight processes,Incoterms and Customs regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
