Roles and Responsibilities:

-Will be responsible for giving Product demo to clients

-Coordinate with teams for the corrections in product and report bugs.

-Support walking customers through solutions through calls/emails/chats.

-Keep analyzing the market and competitors' products.

-Guide customers on product features, product selection, configuration and implementation.

-Collect feedback and generate ideas.

-Excellent Communication Skills

-Should have good problem solving approach

-Should be extremely passionate and self-motivated
