Duties and Responsibilities

Stock shelves with products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times including all kitchen appliances, cleaning products etc.

Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information to the manager.

Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction

Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit.

Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Provide necessary information about products and service

Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions and Route and direct customer requests to appropriate personnel.

Provide administrative support and assistance
