Role & responsibilities
Calling prospective businesses to query about existing IT Platforms and Solutions used by them.
Align, pitch and sell the Cloud Solutions and Products offered by our Company.
Meeting with prospective Clients using Online Meeting Platform or F2F Office meetings at Clients' Office.
Respond to questions, requests and concerns from existing and prospective Clients of the Company as per Company policies and guidelines.
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and uphold Company standards.
Answer phone calls and record messages and acknowledge all Clients of the Company according to Company standards.
Enter and locate work-related information using computer and other electronic and digital media.
