developing relationships with existing and new clients - presenting them with new products and services to enhance & maximize existing relationships.
liaising with the client & projects department to address issues with project execution.
liaising between the ceo / sales & marketing head & the clients.
liaising between the client, projects head & sales & marketing head for raising invoices, following up on receivables & collection.
managing all client complaints, queries & grievances and providing post-sales support.
obtaining feedback on service delivery from the client and identifying areas of improvement.
required experience -
