liaising with the client & projects department to address issues with project execution.

liaising between the ceo / sales & marketing head & the clients.

liaising between the client, projects head & sales & marketing head for raising invoices, following up on receivables & collection.

managing all client complaints, queries & grievances and providing post-sales support.

obtaining feedback on service delivery from the client and identifying areas of improvement.

required experience -

between 5-10 years’ experience in sales or communication.

should have strong inter-personal, communication & presentation skills and should be able to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of customers.

excellent negotiation and strong client management skills.
