Roles and Responsibilities -
Developing relationships with existing and new clients - Presenting them with new products and services to enhance & maximize existing relationships.
Liaising with the client & Projects Department to address issues with project execution.
Liaising between the CEO / Sales & Marketing Head & the clients.
Liaising between the client, Projects Head & Sales & Marketing Head for raising invoices, following up on receivables & collection.
Managing all client complaints, queries & grievances and providing post-sales support.
Obtaining feedback on service delivery from the client and identifying areas of improvement.
Required Experience -
ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES
Between 5-10 years’ experience in Sales or Communication.
Should have strong inter-personal, communication & presentation skills and should be able to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of customers.
Excellent negotiation and strong client management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
