Job Description

1. Responsible for all the Customer Care related activities.

2. Handle customer Complaints, In-Bound calls, Out-Bound calls.

3. Maintain Customer complaint records and forward to the respective Quality team for proper solution and follow-up for complaint closure. Solve customer queries and provide information.

4. Responsible for Booking Taking from customers.

5. Working on CRM and managing the reports.

6. Prepare various reports as required by management for customer care.

7. Any other activities assigned by the management.

8. Excellent Communication.
