key responsibilities:
corporate sales strategy: develop and implement a sales strategy targeting corporate clients in need of transportation (cabs) and accommodation (hotels) services.
client acquisition & relationship management: identify and target new corporate clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (travel managers, procurement officers, hr heads, etc.), and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
business development: research and prospect new business opportunities, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales strategies, including cold calls, networking, and attending corporate events/conferences.
sales presentations & negotiations: deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate service packages, and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and long-term business relationships.
sales target achievement: meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both cab and hotel services.
contract management: manage the end-to-end sales process including drafting and negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
market analysis: monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
cross-functional collaboration: work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
reporting & analytics: maintain and update accurate sales reports, crm systems, and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
