Key Responsibilities:
�� Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
�� Record and categorize financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, etc.)
�� Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
�� Manage accounts payable and receivable
�� Process client payroll using platforms like ADP, Gusto, or Wagepoint
�� Assist in payroll tax filing and reporting (US/Canada)
�� Handle sales tax/GST/HST filing as per respective state/province regulations
�� Support monthly and year-end closing procedures
�� Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
�� Communicate with team leaders and respond to client queries professionally

Requirements:
�� Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
�� 1��2 years of hands-on experience in US/Canadian bookkeeping
�� Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is required
�� Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax filings (USA/Canada)
