Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
- Record and categorize financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, etc.)
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process client payroll using platforms like ADP, Gusto, or Wagepoint
- Assist in payroll tax filing and reporting (US/Canada)
- Handle sales tax/GST/HST filing as per respective state/province regulations
- Support monthly and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Communicate with team leaders and respond to client queries professionally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in US/Canadian bookkeeping
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is required
- Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax filings (USA/Canada)
