Job Description

- Operate and monitor computer systems to ensure smooth processing of pharmaceutical data, including inventory management, order processing, and regulatory compliance records.

- Set up and configure computer hardware and software to meet operational requirements, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.

- Accurately input and update data related to pharmaceutical products, sales, and inventory into the company's database systems.

- Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with industry regulations

- Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware and software, including updates and backups, to ensure system reliability.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with IT support when necessary to address complex problems.

- Ensure adherence to data security protocols, protecting sensitive pharmaceutical information in compliance with industry standards.

- Document system operations and maintenance activities, creating logs for auditing and regulatory purposes.

- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, logistics, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth data flow and operational efficiency.

- Assist in training staff on basic computer operations and software applications relevant to their roles.
