eligibility criteria:
- candidates with experience in client servicing/interaction will be preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in b2b, b2c, online/tele sales.
- work with clients in support of new business opportunities, client service, and sales programs.
- should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- should be focused on renewals and client servicing.
- has a good understanding of the online industry.
- generating new customer and get renewals from the existing clients in domestic market.
- proficiency in oral and written business communication is must.
- interaction with prospective & assigned customer on daily basis
- develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- promote the company s productsservices addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
