Job Responsibilities:

Industrial buildings (, Warehousing , PEB buildings , Dry auger piling , Internal finishing dry wall , tiles , plaster – Preference 1

RCC commercial and residential buildings , QA- QA of RCC building Structures – Preference 2

Knowledge of basic MS office tools ( ppt , word , excel )

Flexible with work timings and location of posting

Should be able to solve project-related difficulties including receiving of drawings, materials, and labor at a priority.

Should be able to deal with Client Execution staff and complete the project within the stipulated period.

In building Industrial Sheds with well versed in Execution, Reading Drawing, Quantity Survey, Labor Handling, Billing

Should have a minimum of 4-6 years Exp. in building Industrial Sheds with well versed in Execution, Reading Drawing, Quantity Survey, Labor Handling, Billing . work, and completing the project from Line out till Finishing.

Experience in dealing with Subcontracts is necessary. Should be able to deal with clients and complete the project within the stipulated period.

Should have knowledge of Pile & Foundation, Sheeting, . Structures, External, RCC, Finishing, and their erection. General understanding of contract administration.

Must be technically sound on Projects, Project Monitoring and Control

Create checklists for Site review or Inspection and DPR.

Daily site execution reporting to Management.

Searching and Handling contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of site preparation and build-out ensuring quality is met.
