we are immediately hiring experienced professionals for an international customer support role based in gurgaon.

role: international customer support executive (thunder b2c process)

location: gurgaon

process mix: blended profile (80% chat / 20% voice)

key responsibilities:

provide world-class support to international customers primarily through live chat.

handle a smaller volume of inbound international voice calls for issue resolution.

efficiently resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.

maintain high customer satisfaction scores through professional and accurate communication.

compensation & benefits:

salary: up to in-hand per month.

salary hike: up to 25% hike on your last drawn package.

bonus: additional 6,000 performance bonus.

facilities: cab facility (or cab allowance) provided.

eligibility criteria:

experience is mandatory. (relevant international bpo/chat experience preferred).

education: undergraduate (ug), graduate, and candidates are all eligible.

excellent written and verbal communication skills in english are a must.

strong ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
