Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cafe Team Member to join our team. The Cafe Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment, and working collaboratively with other team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, and respond to their inquiries and needs.

Prepare and serve food and drinks, including coffee, tea, sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items.

Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.

Stock and replenish food and beverage items as needed, and manage inventory levels.

Operate cash registers and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient cafe operations.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
