requirements
• bm/ms degree in sales & marketing or related field.
• demonstrable experience as a sales representative or sales manager together with the potential and attitude required to learn is strongly preferred.
• proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• strongly preferred experience with banking industry or insurance sales channel.
• up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
• strong business sense and industry expertise.
• excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
