Position: Business Development Manager for Plots Sale
Reports to: Sales Director
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager for Plots Sale will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s sales revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the plots sale sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. They should be able to build strong relationships with clients and be familiar with the property sector and real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching the plots sale market and establishing relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with the existing client base to increase revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Attend industry conferences and other events to network and build relationships with clients and industry contacts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong presentation and pitching skills.
- Ability to travel if required.
