Job Description

Responsibilities :

Be the face of the company for prospective clients

Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry; researching and maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads

Convert leads to grow Pickrr’s business in India

Develop new ideas/strategies to showcase Pickrr's capabilities across the Ecommerce industry

Negotiate prices with prospective clients

Maintain relationships with clients while providing guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements

Resolve customer grievances by investigating problems, developing solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders

Have an extensive understanding of the products/services offered by the organization

Keep management/line manager informed by submitting activity and results, daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis

Requirements:

Experience in any customer-facing sales role

Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.

Highly self-driven

Experience in SAAS companies preferred
