BDM (Positions 6 - Female Candidates Only)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners/retail brands to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
• Identify partnership opportunities/sales
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Might have to work on Saturdays only if required.
• Client management
• Own transport is a must.(Two Wheeler with an active Licence)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior experience in industry related to Sales/Business development, Event management, Sponsorship sales & Advertising/Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience/knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
Salary
• Salary 30-50k and incentives from 50k to 3Lakhs per month.
