The role
Inside Sales calling and lead management.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about trekking & travel. Please DO NOT apply if you do understand this segment. An ideal candidate should have trekked in the past, esp Himalayas. We want the candidates to take up the following responsibilities.
Inside Sales: Reach out to prospective leads from the database on a regular basis.
Conversion: Sell trekking packages to the leads and help in completing the booking.
Leads Management: Use CRM to manage leads, follow ups, enter proper details.
Other Items: Regular Reports, MIS, Competitive Research, Process Improvements, Interns and team recruitment and Management
Key Skills & Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Cold Calling
Excellent communication - written and verbal (English, Hindi, Kannada)
