Job Description

we are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented business development executive to drive

company growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. the ideal

candidate will identify new market opportunities, nurture leads, and support the development

of customized solutions to meet client needs. this role requires strong communication,

analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the sales and market development process.

key responsibilities:

• identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and

market research.

• develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions.

• work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and maximize

revenue.

• prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and gaps.

• monitor and evaluate business performance, using data to drive improvements.

• represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• maintain accurate records of business development activities in crm systems.

• support the negotiation and closing of business deals & its 100% field work.

qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (typically 2+ years).

• strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.

• proficiency in crm software and ms office suite.

• self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
