We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Business Development Executive to drive growth in the surgical and medical devices sector. This is an off-site role.
What Youll Do:
Sell surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and medical distributors
Build meaningful relationships with surgeons and key decision-makers
Lead product demos and support clinical evaluations
Travel, connect, and make an impact in healthcare
What You Need:
1+ year experience in surgical/medical device sales (must-have!)
Strong communication + consultative selling skills
Willingness to travel and hustle
Bachelors degree (any field)
Bonus if you:
Have a hospital network or experience in tendering/institutional sales
Know your way around CRM tools and Excel sheets
Location: Bangalore, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kolkata
