Job Profile:

We follow an organized on-the-job training module: We train and develop as entrepreneurs from level 1 to level 5

Level-1: MANAGER IN TRAINING-MIT (MARKETING/SALES/ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONS)

Level-2: LEADER (TRAINING NEW MITS, HRD)

Level-3: TEAM LEADER (HR MANAGEMENT, TEAM MANAGEMNT)

Level-4: ASST. MANAGER (ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE MANAGEMENT)

Level-5: MANAGER (BUSINESS HEAD, BUSINESS EXPANSION)

##OPPORTUNITY##

1. EARNING POTENTIAL: , 000 pm to 30,000 pm initially

2. Travel opportunity nationally and internationally.

3. Learn the skills of Sales/Marketing, Team Leading, administration & Entrepreneurship.

4. Become Business Head and Manage our new Branches (SBU).

5. PURELY DAY SHIFTS. On the job training's.

3. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, and Fresher or experienced (0-6 Months) *Minimum qualification graduate.

4. Good enhancing personality with a good fluency in ENGLISH.
