Job Description

Operations & Logistics:

*Plan and oversee daily Sea and Air shipments; allocate resources/staff accordingly.

*Ensure timely execution of scheduled shipments.

*Verify that all shipment documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

*Manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and other related services efficiently.

*Coordinate with other branches for inter-branch shipments and logistics support.

Team Management:

*Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve performance.

*Ensure optimal productivity and morale within the branch team.

Financial Accountability:

*Take full responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the branch.

*Implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce operational costs.

*Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

*Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics operations.

*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
