Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced BPO Team Leader to manage and guide a team of customer service agents. The ideal candidate should be skilled in team management, performance coaching, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to achieve individual and team KPIs
Monitor daily operations, call quality, and customer interactions to ensure service excellence
Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain shift schedules, attendance, and workforce planning
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share with management
Collaborate with QA and training teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (BPO/Call Center Team Leader)
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of CRM tools and call center metrics
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required
