Job Description

. Processing the customer orders remotely (online), carrying out quality control checks to ensure orders are correct.

2. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential to ensure orders are shipped correctly by arranging collection by a shipping service.

3. You will also be checking stock levels, correcting errors, and preparing stock orders, stock and invoice reconciliation as required.

4. You will be responsible for contacting the shipping service providers & warehouse team and responding to their queries via telephone or email in a timely and professional manner.

5. Liaising with various personnel to solve issues and reporting daily to the team leader the status of inquiries.

Good communication skills. Knowledge of Excel and Word is must. Prepare quotations, Invoices, followup for orders, payments Attending customer calls and cater to their requirement. Assisting to Import Export Executive in his day to day work.
