Job Description

Back office work to undertake a payment collection follow ups, sending mails, arranging meeting ,Generating Data and sending mail for Export and Import.

- Strong Communication Skill

- Good Computer Knowledge

- Excellent Skill of Mail Drafting

- Payment Collection

- Possess IT knowledge

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.

- Payment collections follow up.

- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.

- Handling Telephone Calls

- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team

- Making calls on daily basis for payment.

- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

- Generating Data and sending mail related for export and Import.
