Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets in plastic packaging markets
Generate and qualify leads via internet, referrals, trade shows, and cold outreach .
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs .
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored for packaging clients
Build and nurture strong relationships with key B2B customers; handle technical queries and negotiate contracts
Collaborate closely with marketing, production, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure seamless execution
Track and report on sales performance; maintain CRM/MIS systems and provide insights to management Glints
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical/Polymer Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
3+ years of sales & marketing experience in plastic packaging, flexible packaging, or industrial B2B sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability with CRM tools (., NetSuite), MS Office, and data-driven reporting
Willingness to travel regionally for client visits and trade events.
