roles & responsibilities
assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets in plastic packaging markets
generate and qualify leads via internet, referrals, trade shows, and cold outreach .
conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs .
prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored for packaging clients
build and nurture strong relationships with key b2b customers; handle technical queries and negotiate contracts
collaborate closely with marketing, production, logistics, and r&d teams to ensure seamless execution
track and report on sales performance; maintain crm/mis systems and provide insights to management glints
qualifications
bachelors degree in business, marketing, chemical/polymer engineering, or a related field (mba preferred)
3+ years of sales & marketing experience in plastic packaging, flexible packaging, or industrial b2b sectors
strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
proven ability with crm tools (., netsuite), ms office, and data-driven reporting
willingness to travel regionally for client visits and trade events.
