Job Description

1.Proven working experience in Accounting.

2.Well versed with GST & TDS Filing, service tax, E-Way Bill generation

3.Purchase, Sales, Receipts & Payment entries in software in Microsoft Navision

4.Salary disbursements

5.Accounts payable & Receivable

6.Invoice Generation

7.Booking the account related entries

8.Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.

9.Finalizing the balance sheet of Private Limited company and LLP

10.Preparation of debtors and creditors statements on weekly basis

11.Advanced computer skills on MS Office

12.Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

13.Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build inter department relationships.

14.Statutory compliances PF, ESIC, PT etc. payment and return filing.

15.TDS- Filling of all TDS returns, monthly TDS payment and challan preparation

16.Providing support to various audit works- Statutory, Tax, Internal, GST audit.

17.Timely booking of Purchases and payment after verification of supplier/vendors bills with purchase order and agreement.

18.Dealing with Bank- Filing Export regularization, outward remittances etc.

19.Preparation of various MIS reports.

20. should have experience in Export Import
