We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant/Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including day-to-day financial record-keeping, preparation of financial statements, school accounts, bank transactions, and taxation matters. Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP, SAP, and knowledge of GST returns, PF, and TDS online filing are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.

Prepare P&L accounts and assist in balance sheet finalization.

Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.

Maintain school accounts and financial documentation.

Manage petty cash and vouchers.

Utilize accounting software such as Tally Prime, ERP, and SAP effectively.

Prepare and file GST returns.

Handle PF and TDS online filing.

Assist with financial audits and compliance.

Collaborate with the finance and accounting department for seamless operations.

Required Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in accounting and finance roles.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP, SAP, and other relevant accounting software.

Sound knowledge of GST returns, PF, and TDS online filing.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
