Job will entail the following:
Sourcing new sales opportunities by making outbound calls, should have a strong phone presence and experience connecting with maximum numbers of customers per day
· Approaching Parents & Students for NEW business development
Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
Conduct demo sessions virtually/Face to Face to customers (parent/children combined)
· He/she will be responsible right from approaching the customers for demos to closure of the sales including
Payment collection from them.
· Coordinating with other departments like marketing, operations etc. for smooth conduct of the sales cycle.
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
· After sales, smooth implementation of the product/services is also the responsibility of the person (ACs).
Meet and exceed monthly targets set as per business requirement
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
· A candidate with 1-4 years of experience in B2C from education industry.
· Min 1 yr of experience in Demo Sales / Field sales Sales / Academic counselling.
· Proven experience as inside sales associate
· He / she should have graduate degree. Additional MBA degree will be preferred.
· Candidate should have strong communication & presentation skills.
· Should have strong relationship with Students & Parents in the Market.
· Should be good in handling all MS office tools like excel, word or power point.
· Should be local to that location.
· Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
