We are currently seeking Candidates for US Based Insurance Service Providing Companies back-end office staff, knowledge or experience in any the following fields are welcome to apply:

Handling inbound customer service calls

Processing inbound sales calls

Taking inbound or placing outbound Documents collections calls

Answering Computer based technical support inquires via incoming calls, chat or email, form filling data analysis.

Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude

Excellent data entry and internet navigation, surfing skills

Clear, distinct oral and written English communication skills

Must be detail oriented

Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills

Professional demeanour and dependable work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Willing to work on US and UK working hours.
