Hiring Freshers || Telecaller

Job Description:Aryu Enterprises is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls. You will interact with customers to promote our products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.Experience:Freshers are welcome to apply.Any relevant internship, project, or part-time experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products/services.Answer inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide information.Maintain a clear record of conversations with customers and clients.Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.Update and maintain customer information in the database.Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.Skills Required:Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Basic knowledge of customer service principles.Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.Friendly and approachable attitude.Proficiency in using MS Office and basic computer applications.Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Education:Any GraduateFreshers with no prior experience but with a strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply.Profile Requisites:For fresher Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.Good communication skill.Immediate joiners preferredInterested candidates can share resumes on : Or contact on :
