CapitalSolution is a leading lending service provider having tie ups with banks and NBFCs offering a variety of loan products like business loan, loan against property, home loan and personal loan. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
-Proactively contact potential customers and generate leads for a variety of loan products, including business loans, loan against property, home loans, and personal loans.
-Qualify leads and schedule appointments with sales representatives.
-Provide accurate and informative information about our loan products and services to potential and existing customers.
-Answer customer questions and resolve any concerns they may have.
-Build relationships with customers and referral sources.
-Keep up-to-date on our loan products and services, as well as industry trends.
-Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Telecallers in this role are responsible for a wide range of tasks, from generating leads to building relationships with customers and helping them get the best possible loans. They must be able to communicate effectively, be knowledgeable about our loan products and services, and be able to build rapport with customers.
