Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to individuals or businesses based on the provided contact lists.
Introduce and promote our services to potential customers.
Follow scripted conversations to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.
Identify and qualify sales leads by assessing customer needs and interests.
Provide detailed information about the services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, resolving complaints or redirecting them to the appropriate department.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in a database or CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competition in order to effectively address customer queries.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including call scripts and compliance guidelines.
Ensure all calls are made in a timely manner and maintain a high level of productivity.
Continuously strive to improve sales and customer service skills through training and self-development.
Requirements:
Graduation or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
