Job Description
As a Tele Caller you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to generate leads, promote our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele calling with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
2. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline for real estate transactions.
3. Educate clients on the current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system/Excel .
5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
7. Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches and strategies.
8. Provide regular feedback to the management on lead quality, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
