Responsibilities

Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Candidates shall prepare daily/, weekly/ monthly report and communicate the same to the higher authorities
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Candidates have to work under the guidance and instructions of the company.
Should be able to understand the clients complaint and work upon resolving them.
