Responsibilities
• Should be able to work with a team.

• Regular follow ups with client.
• Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and call details in our database.
• Candidates shall prepare daily/, weekly/ monthly report and communicate the same to the higher authorities
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Candidates have to work under the guidance and instructions of the company.
• Should be able to understand the clients complaint and work upon resolving them.
