Responsibilities

Should be able to work with a team.

Maintain daily call details and client details in the database

Regular follow ups with client.

Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and call details in our database.

Candidates shall prepare daily/, weekly/ monthly report and communicate the same to the higher authorities

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Candidates have to work under the guidance and instructions of the company.

Should be able to understand the clients complaint and work upon resolving them.
