responsibilities and duties
• undertake cold calling in order to develop new business
• to research and identify potential customers to promote the services
• manage a set of accounts and ensure maximization of sales by offering add -on services.
• follow up all sales enquiries quickly and efficiently.
• ensure that customer accounts are maintained
• resolve account problems by liaising with the customer care and finance departments.
• achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets as agreed with the sales manager
• to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales prospects for conversion into gains.
• to prepare weekly sales reports as instructed by the sales manager.
