key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
explain course details and guide them through the admission process.
follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
maintain call logs, lead trackers, and follow-up reports.
coordinate with the field marketing team and schedule appointments.
work toward monthly admission targets.
ensure a positive customer experience on every call.
required skills:
excellent communication skills in tamil, telugu, and english.
strong convincing and negotiation skills.
good telephone etiquette and patience.
basic computer knowledge (excel, crm updates, whatsapp communication).
prior experience in tele calling, academic counseling, or customer support preferred.;
