job summary:
we are looking for a motivated and persuasive tele caller to join our real estate team. the candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. the role requires excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and customer service orientation.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
explain property details, project features, pricing, and offers clearly.
generate interest and schedule site visits with sales executives.
follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
report daily activities and results to the sales manager.
required skills & qualifications:
excellent communication and convincing skills in english, hindi, and local language.
minimum qualification: 10+2 / any graduate.
prior experience in tele calling, real estate, or sales is an added advantage.
good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm, data entry).
ability to work under targets and deadlines.
