Role Purpose- To identify skill gaps and deliver technical training programs for employees and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and effective job performance. The Trainer will design and conduct competency-based training in alignment with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
â— Training Development & Delivery
â—‹ Develop and update competency-based training modules in coordination with management.
â—‹ Conduct skills gap analyses and align training content with operational needs.
â—‹ Prepare training materials, course outlines, manuals, handouts, and evaluations.
â—‹ Deliver technical training for employees and customers to meet competency standards
â—‹ Conduct post-training evaluations and provide feedback to supervisors
â— Program Management & Reporting
â—‹ Maintain accurate records of training hours, evaluations, and employee progress
â—‹ Prepare and submit reports on training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes.
â—‹ Keep training materials and resources updated with new technologies and OEM standards.
â— Technical Support & Collaboration
â—‹ Provide advanced technical troubleshooting support to field teams.
â—‹ Coordinate with supervisors, product specialists, and department heads for training schedules.
â—‹ Support development of new programs based on field feedback and equipment updates
