We have vacant of 1 Technical Sales Engineer Job in Chennai, Experience Required : 3 Years | Educational Qualification : , | Skill IT Sales Engineer Conducting sales meetings with clients, both in-person and online., Introducing, demonstrating, and training clients on products/services while gathering feedback, recommendations, and requirements for team discussion and execution., Identifying new business opportunities and analysing software gaps, pain points, and feature improvements for enhanced functionality., Negotiating sales deals, finalizing agreements, and managing payment collections., Processing orders, following up on updates, and maintaining system records for MIS visibility., Addressing and resolving product/service issues on behalf of clients while ensuring prompt communication., Maintaining accurate client and sales records, ensuring timely reporting and participation in meetings to provide process guidance., Analysing competitors' pricing strategies and establishing optimal pricing models for customers., Tracking and monitoring customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement across additional products/services., Coordinating team efforts to implement best practices and process improvements for operational efficiency., Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. etc.
