Strategy Development Planning and Reporting

* Must possess a proven ability to lead and close deals and demonstrate strong commercial skills.

* Analyse market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

* Must have knowledge of recruiting people for IT company .

* Must have handled team earlier

Relationship Management

* Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients and partners

*Develop and enhance HR relationships fostering existing and new business and heighten awareness of the Group

*Build partnerships, recruit key individuals and allocate resources among projects.

*Leads, motivates and coordinates the work of different sales channels and managers under his responsibility during the active canvasses and establishes synergy in order to maximize sales execution.
