* provide technical information to international customers through phone

* providing technical support related to any of the product lines like computers, laptops, operating system, browser, email, chat, anti-virus, firewall, router, printer, kindle, roku, office applications, google apps.

* skills/experience required

* ability to develop effective working relationships with the costumer.

* should have experience to providing the technical support to the international customers.

* fluent business english (spoken and written) language skills.

* ability to bring analytical solution to problematic areas.
