Job Description

- lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives or representatives across assigned territories.

- set clear performance targets and monitor individual and team kpis to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.

- develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote sasta shundar��s surgical product portfolio.

- allocate resources and plan territory coverage to maximize reach and efficiency.

- maintain relationships with key accounts, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and procurement officers.

- support team members in high-value negotiations and critical customer meetings.

- provide ongoing training to team members on product knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.

- conduct regular field visits and performance reviews to guide professional development.

- monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

- share insights with senior management for strategic planning and product positioning.

- coordinate with internal departments (logistics, regulatory, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of orders and post-sales support.

- oversee order fulfillment, stock levels, and timely deliveries across regions.

- ensure that all field operations and team activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

- promote ethical practices and uphold the brand��s reputation in the medical sector.

- prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on team performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.

- support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.

- resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.
