Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in counseling, preferably in an educational or career counseling setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with students.
Knowledge of educational pathways, vocational training, and internship programs.
Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in using counseling software and Microsoft Office suite.
