- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

- Monitor stock levels, manage stocktaking, and place orders to maintain optimal inventory, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.

- Track sales data, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Develop and manage the store's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design sector, including residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company's offerings and value proposition.

- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
