Established Duties
To abide by the rules and regulation of the hotel.
To abide by the mission statement.
Maintain professional appearance as per the standards set.
Help the Guest to get seated as per the standards.
Arrange the table for accommodating correct no of Guests.
Take and serve order as per the standards .
Standard for assembling and picking up food orders.
Ensure and maintain clean and tidy table after the main course.
Ensure all acts of serving are executed within prescribed time limit.
To meet Guest needs and request in right time.
To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction.
