We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees in the IT industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
-Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
-Prepare recruitment materials and post on different job portals
-Screen candidates resume and job applications
-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills experience, and aptitudes
-Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
-Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
-Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
-Handle the recruitment process – from selection till appointment.
Mandatory Skills
-Excellent command of the English language – both written & verbal.
-Strong experience in the Recruitment process, coordination with candidates & consultants.
-Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint, Internet browsing, computer basics.
-Good at analyzing the situation and be proactive.
-Quick learner.
-Can aid in revising company policies from time to time.
-Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
-Well, verse with Recruitment Software and Job Portal.
